Calculus for Management, Life and Social Sciences
Course Description:
Introduction to the methods of differential and integral calculus with an emphasis on applications in the management, life, and social sciences. Topics include limits and continuity, differentiation and integration of functions of one variable, exponential and logarithmic functions, and applications.

Tests, Quizzes, Assignments: There will be
four tests and a final examination.

Final Examination: The final exam schedules for my sections of Math 145 are as follows:
Math 145-01: 8:30am, April 28
Math 145-02: 8:30am, May 1
Grading: Each test will count for 100 points;
the final examination will count for 150 points; thus, there are
a total of 550 points for the course. Your grade will
be determined according to the following scale:
A: 495-550
B: 440-494
C: 385-439
D: 330-384
F: 0-329
Course Withdrawal: 24 March. This is the last day to withdraw from the course.
